Monofilament oil applicator

A single fiber flowing out of the leaking nozzle must be uniformly coated with a layer of diffusing agent on the surface of the single fiber before passing through the collecting wheel, and a device called a monofilament oiler is required.

Roller oil applicator：

The high density graphite roll is immersed in a metal bath containing the sizing agent, and the sizing agent is attached to the surface of the roll as the roll rotates. When the fibers are in contact with the surface of the roller, a layer of the sizing agent can be applied for application of the enhanced sizing agent.

Belt oil applicator：

The rubber band is immersed in the sizing tank, and the fiber is coated with a sizing agent when it is in contact with the tape, and is used to coat the textile sizing agent.

Skills requirement：

1. The oil applicator is in high temperature radiant heat and water mist. Corrosion resistant SUS304 material should be used.

2. The oil roller graphite roller or tape has a linear speed of 10-25mm/min and is continuously adjustable.

3. There is a reliable overflow device in the oil tank. During operation, there is no shortage of sizing agent on the oil coating roller, and the sizing agent in the oil tank does not leak.
